(on some models) The lower oven drawer may be used to bake foods using the same times and temperatures as a standard oven. Foods ideal for baking in the lower oven drawer include pizza, frozen foods, casseroles, biscuits, rolls and many desserts. To Use the Lower Oven Drawer Push in and turn the lower oven drawer knob to any desired setting. s The ON signal light is located on the upper right side of the knob and glows when the knob is in the ON position. s The "Heating" signal light is located below the ON signal light and glows when the heating elements are active. Preheat is complete after the "Heating" signal has turned off for the first time each use. Push in and turn the lower oven drawer knob to any desired setting. NOTES: s Always use the included drawer rack when using the lower oven drawer. s The lower oven drawer cannot be used during a self-clean cycle of the upper oven. s Do not put food, foil or cookware directly on the bottom of the lower oven drawer. s If foods require a cover, use only foil or lids able to withstand baking temperatures. s Maximum height of foods that can be placed in the lower oven drawer is 4. s Never place plastics, paper, canned foods or combustible material in the lower oven drawer.
